1. Overview

By accessing our website or registering for an event or purchasing a product from Art in Bloom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Event Registrations

When you register for an event:

• Your spot is reserved upon successful registration.
• For paid events, your registration is only confirmed once payment is received and verified.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
• Art in Bloom reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events with reasonable notice.

3. Payments

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Payments are processed via M-Pesa or cash on delivery. We do not store payment credentials. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests should be directed to us at least 48 hours before an event. Refunds are issued at our discretion and processed within 7 business days. Products may be returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site - including images, text, and artwork - belongs to Art in Bloom or its respective artists. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Art in Bloom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or event in question.
